1. Check your internet connection

  10. When the "Windows Update is now up to date" window appears, click on the "OK" button.

3. Try to install the updates again

  1. Launch the Windows Update utility.
  2. Click on the Check for updates button.
  3. If there are any updates available, the Windows Update utility will display a list of available updates.
  4. Click on the Install updates button.
  5. The Windows Update utility will start to search for updates and download and install them.
  6. If the updates fail to install, the Windows Update utility will provide an error code.
  7. To try to install the updates again, you can either restart your computer or use the Repair option in the Windows Update utility.

4. Try to install the updates using the Microsoft Update Catalog

  1. Open the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
  2. In the search bar, type "error code 80092004."
  3. Click the "error code 80092004" link.
  4. On the "error code 80092004" page, click the "download updates" link.

  6. Click the "checkout" button.
  7. Enter your Microsoft account password.
