1. Restart your computer

  1. Shut down your computer.

4. Update your browser

  1. Open your browser and go to the Settings menu

  4. In the “Browser Options” dialog box, click on the “Advanced” button
  5. In the “Browser Advanced Options” dialog box, click on the “Reset” button
  6. In the “Reset Browser Settings” dialog box, click on the “Reset” button
  7. In the “Confirm Reset” dialog box, click on the “Reset” button
  8. Your browser will restart and the error code will be fixed
