Solution 1. Resynchronize your Account

“iPhone error connecting to Apple ID server” may be caused by a cache or slow internet connection. You might want to clear your cache by restarting, test your internet speed it is good, and then resynchronize your account. 

  1. Turn off the device, and turn it on again.
  2. Make sure your time, date and time zone is correctly set.
  3. Internet connection is stable
    If you’re using Data make sure you have a good signal and your internet connection is stable.
    If you’re using WiFi make sure you have a good signal and your internet connection is stable.
  4. If not, kindly reset your modem router.
  5. Make sure to close all application when you’re connecting to Apple ID server.
  6. Re log in your account.
  7. Go to Settings  >>  App & iTunes.
