How to fix the "Loading Software Center" returned error code 0x80041001 2147217407?

This error code means that there was an error loading the software center. This could be because the software center is not installed properly, or because the software center is not compatible with the operating system.

1. Check for updates to the software center

  1. Log into the software center.
  2. On the left-hand side, click the “Updates” link.
  3. On the Updates page, click the “Check for updates” button.
  4. On the Check for updates page, click the “Install updates” button.
  5. On the Install updates page, click the “Next” button.
  6. On the Next page, click the “Yes” button to install the updates.
  7. If the updates are installed successfully, the “Update completed” message will appear.
  8. Click the “Close” button to close the Updates page.

2. Try reloading the software center

  1. Open the Microsoft Windows Software Center.
  2. Select the "Tools" menu and then select "Repair".
  3. Select the "Repair Your Computer" option.
  4. Select the "Load Balancing and Provisioning" option.
  5. Select the "Software Center" option.
  6. Select the "Error 0x80041001" option.
  7. Select the "Repair" option.
  8. Select the "Troubleshoot" option.
  9. Select the "Advanced Options" option.
  10. Select the "Startup Settings" option.
  11. Select the "Check for Updates" option.
  12. Select the "Install New Updates" option.
  13. Select the "Configure Automatic Updates" option.
  14. Select the "Check for Updates" option.
  15. Select the "Install Updates" option.
  16. Select the "Configure Automatic Updates" option.
  17. Select the "Install Updates" option.
  18. Select the "Configure Automatic Updates" option.
  19. Select the "Install Updates" option.
  20. Select the "Configure Automatic Updates" option.
  21. Select the "Install Updates" option.
  22. Select the "Configure Automatic Updates" option.
  23. Select the "Install Updates" option.
  24. Click "OK".
  25. Restart your computer.
