1. Check all connections and make sure they are secure

  4. Check the shark robot's battery level by pressing the power button and selecting "Battery Level"
  5. If the battery is not charged, charge the battery using the charger that came with the robot
  6. If the battery is still not charged, replace the battery

4. Check for loose wires and reconnect them if necessary
