1. Delete cache and save file

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
  2. Go to Settings Tab, select System Settings.
  3. Select a storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Look for a corrupted game saved files.
  6. Delete it if you found any.

Delete cache

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
  2. Go to Settings Tab, select System Settings ==> Select Storage.
  3. Select any of the listed storage device press Y on the controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.
  5. When prompted with a confirmation, select Yes.

Then, turn off your Xbox One, unplug it for at least 30 seconds to flush out the memory cache. Turn it on and install the game using the game disc.

2. Bypass firewall or any policies

  2. For Xbox One: Select All Settings ==> Network ==> Network settings ==> Advanced settings.
  3. Select DNS Settings and select Manual.
  4. Input 8.8.8.8 for the Primary DNS.
  5. Input 8.8.4.4 for the Secondary DNS.
  6. Turn off Xbox and turn on.
  7. Then, try again.
