1. Check the electrical connection to the collar

  1. Make sure that the power to the collar is turned off and then unplug the collar
  2. Check all of the electrical connections on the collar
  3. Reconnect the power to the collar and test to see if the error code has been fixed

2. Check the batteries and make sure they are properly installed

  1. Open the battery cover on the collar.
  2. Look for the two batteries. Make sure they are properly installed in the battery holder.
  3. Close the battery cover.
  4. Press the power button to turn on the collar.
  5. If the collar displays an error code, follow the instructions in the error code.

3. Check the GPS signal and make sure it is strong

  1. Pull over to the side of the road and turn off your engine.
  2. Open the driver’s side door and step out.
