1. Restart the app

  1. From the home screen, tap the "Apps" icon.

  3. Tap the "Restart App" button.

2. Reinstall the app

  1. Open the App Store on your device

4. Clear the cache

  1. In the Google Chrome browser, click on the three lines in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Select "Settings" from the menu that appears.
  3. In the "Settings" window, click on the "History" tab.
  4. On the "History" tab, click on the "Clear browsing history" button.
  5. Click on the "Clear Cache" button.
  6. Click on the "OK" button.

5. Delete the app and reinstall it

-Launch the Google Play Store app -Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen -Select My Apps -Select the app you wish to delete and tap on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen -Select Remove from Device -Reinstall the app
