1. Check your internet connection and try again

  1. Make sure that all of your devices are connected to your home internet router.

  4. Verify that your device is connected to the internet using a reliable and fast internet connection.
  5. Try to connect to the internet again.

2. Try restarting your computer

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. If the computer is unable to start, select Start, click on the Control Panel, and then click on the Restart button.
  3. If the computer is able to start, select Start, click on the Settings button, and then click on the Power Options button.
  4. Click on the Restart button.
  5. If the computer starts up successfully, enter the following command in the command prompt: powercfg /energy saver
  6. If the computer does not start up successfully, enter the following command in the command prompt: powercfg /energy conserved

3. Try using a different browser

  1. Open Chrome, Firefox, or IE
  2. Type "about:blank" into the address bar
  3. If the browser is Chrome, Firefox, or IE, it will open the About Chrome, About Firefox, or About IE dialog box, as shown in the image below.
  4. If the browser is not Chrome, Firefox, or IE, it will open the default web page.
  5. In the About Chrome, About Firefox, or About IE dialog box, click on the "Details" button.
  6. In the Details dialog box, click on the "Chrome" tab.
  7. In the Chrome tab, in the "Details" section, click on the "Reset browser settings" button.
  8. In the Reset browser settings dialog box, click on the "Reset" button.
  9. If the browser is Firefox, in the Firefox tab, in the "General" section, click on the "Reset Firefox" button.
  10. If the browser is IE, in the IE tab, in the "Internet Options" section, click on the "Advanced" button.
  11. In the Advanced Internet Options dialog box, click on the "Reset" button.
  12. In the Reset Internet Explorer dialog box, click on the "Reset" button.
  13. In the Reset Firefox dialog box, click on the "Reset" button.
  14. In the Reset Internet Explorer dialog box, click on the "Close" button.
  15. In the Reset Firefox dialog box, click on the "Finish" button.
  16. In the About Chrome, About Firefox, or About IE dialog box, click on the "Close" button. If the browser is still not working, try using a different web browser.
