2. Use a different device

  1. If you are using a computer, first try restarting your computer.

3. Use a different Netflix region

  6. Click on the "Status" tab and then check the "Connection Status" box to see if your connection is now good.
  7. If your connection is good, click on the "Apply" button to save your changes.
