1. Check the washer's owner's manual for instructions on how to clear the code

  1. Remove the top cover by removing the four screws that hold it in place.
  2. Locate the control panel and unscrew the two screws that hold it in place.
  3. Lift the control panel up and remove it.
  4. Locate the "Water Level" and "Cleaning" buttons on the front of the machine.
  5. Push the "Water Level" button up and hold it while turning the "Cleaning" button to the off position.
  6. Disconnect the water hose from the machine.

  • Locate and remove the washer.

3. If the code persists, try unplugging the washer for 30 minutes and then plugging it back in
