Solution 1. Check your connection and Pokemon Go server

“Pokemon Go failed to get player information from the server” is an error, which may be caused by the unreachable server due to internet connection problem or Pokemon Go server problem. It could also be a message that your account is banned by the game or your country is not included in the server list where Pokemon Go is available.

  1. Make sure your internet connection is good.

Solution 2. Update the data of Pokemon Go
