1. Make sure ID is correct

2. Restart the PS4

  1. First, press and hold the power button on the PS4 for at least 10 seconds until the PS4 powers off.

3. Delete the game data from the PS4

  1. Go to the "System Settings" on the PS4

  4. Select "Delete Game Data"
  5. Confirm by selecting "Yes"

4. Re-download the game data from the PS4

  1. Go to "System Settings" on your PS4 and select "System Update."
  2. On the "System Update" screen, select "Download System Update."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the system update.
  4. Once the system update is installed, select "Restart System."
