How to fix sign in or renew the subscription?

The error code means that the user's subscription has either expired or is not valid. In order to fix this, the user will need to sign in or renew their subscription.

1. Check your internet connection

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. In the top right corner, click the three lines in a triangle
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Advanced"
  5. Under the "Network" heading, click "Properties"
  6. Under the "Connection" heading, click "Test"
  7. If the "Test connection" button is blue, your internet connection is working. If it's red, there's a problem with your internet connection and you'll need to fix it.
  8. If the "Test connection" button is red, you'll need to sign in or renew your subscription.

2. Try again later

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the Home page, click on the Try again later link.
  3. On the Try again later page, enter your email address and click on the Sign in button.
  4. If you have already signed in, you will be redirected to the My Account page. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign in.
  5. Click on the Renew subscription button.
  6. If you have already renewed your subscription, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. If you have not renewed your subscription, you will be prompted to enter your subscription information.
  7. Click on the Renew subscription button.

3. Check your subscription

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section and click on the Check Subscription button.
  4. Enter your email address and password and click on the Check Subscription button.
  5. If the subscription is active and you have the correct payment method associated with your account, you will be prompted to renew your subscription. If the subscription is not active, you will be prompted to sign in.
  6. Enter your username and password and click on the Sign In button.

4. Contact customer support

  1. Go to the account management page and sign in.
  2. Choose the "Contact customer support" link in the left-hand menu.
  3. Fill out the form with your information and click the "Submit" button.
  4. A representative from customer support will contact you to help resolve your issue.
