1. Check the wiring harness for the drive motor

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the motor.
  2. Remove the screws that hold the cover on the motor.
  3. Remove the cover from the motor.
  4. Look for any damage to the wiring harness.
  5. If the wiring harness is damaged, replace it.

2. Replace the drive motor

  1. Remove the upper cover by prying it off the front of the appliance.
  2. Remove the screws that hold the motor in place.
