  1. Open the Xbox app on your Xbox One.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select App Management.
  4. Select Uninstall Xbox app.
  5. Confirm the uninstall by selecting Yes.
  6. Select Install Xbox app.
  7. Enter your Xbox Live gamertag.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Select Reload App.
  10. The Xbox app should now be installed.
