How to fix the Xbox app 0xbba error?

The xbox app 0xbba error code is a problem that can occur when using the Xbox app on Windows 10. 1. Restart your computer and then try launching the Xbox app again

  1. Press the power button to turn off your computer
  2. Press the power button to turn on your computer
  3. When you log in, press the Windows key + R to open the Run box
  4. Type "cmd" and press Enter
  5. Type "shutdown -r now" and press Enter
  6. Press the Xbox app again and it should work

2. Check for updates to Windows 10 and your Xbox app

  1. On your computer, open the Windows 10 Settings app.
  2. In the Settings app, select System.
  3. In the System section, under Updates and Security, select Windows Update.
  4. On the Windows Update page, under Available updates, select View update history.
  5. Under the Updates section, select Xbox app.
  6. If there is an update available for the Xbox app, the Update history page will show a green checkmark next to the Xbox app name. If there is an update available for Windows 10, the Update history page will show a yellow checkmark next to the Windows 10 name.
  7. To install the update, click the checkbox next to the Xbox app name and then click Install.
  8. After the update is installed, the Xbox app should be updated and the green checkmark should be gone.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app

  1. On your Xbox One, go to Settings > System > Apps.
  2. Select the Xbox app.
  3. On the right, select Uninstall.
  4. On the confirmation screen, select Yes.
  5. If prompted, select Restart your Xbox.
  6. When your Xbox restarts, select Apps > Xbox app.
  7. On the right, select Install.
  8. Select the Xbox app that you want to reinstall.
  9. On the confirmation screen, select Yes.
  10. When the Xbox app is installed, select Exit.
  11. On the confirmation screen, select Yes.
  12. Your Xbox One is now restored.
