Solution 1. Try Again Later

Error code 429 might be caused by the web server. The web server might have reached the exceeded limit. For example, the maximum log in account is only 500 at a time. If the limit is reached, other users may receive error code 429 from the web server.

It may also appear when you’re downloading a file that has also reached the maximum download limit for that time. This error is not avoidable, please wait until the server has an available slot for you to access the site.

Solution 2. Check your browser

Error code 429 may also appear when you, or a third-party software, are sending too many requests to the website. The server might have detected that you are sending spam requests and may reply with error code 429. See below.

  1. Use updated browser version.
  2. Clearing browser cache and cookies.
  3. Scan the computer for any malicious software.
  4. Disable browser extension/ plugin.
  5. Reset the browser to default settings.
