  7. On the General tab, under Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), select Use the following IP address.
  8. Enter the new IP address in the Local Area Connection IP address text box.
  9. Click on the OK button.

  1. Navigate to the "My Account" tab on your teamviewer account and enter your teamviewer partner's network address in the "Contact Us" field.
  2. Click "Send Message" to send a message to your teamviewer partner.
  3. If your teamviewer partner responds to your message, please provide a response message and any further information that you may have.
