1. Check your internet connection and try again

5. Restart your device

  13. After the update is installed, tap on the OK button again.
  14. On the Home screen, tap on the Games icon.
  15. On the Games page, tap on the App Store icon.
  16. On the App Store page, tap on the Games icon.
  17. On the Games page, tap on the Error Code 403 (Play Store) link.
  18. On the Error Code 403 (Play Store) page, tap on the Update button.
  19. On the Update page, tap on the OK button.
  20. After the update is installed, tap on the OK button again.
