Pandora is a popular music streaming app. Error code 6 is a common error code. How can this error code be fixed?

There are a few reasons why the Pandora error code 6 may pop up. One reason is that the browser cookies are not enabled. Another reason could be that JavaScript is not enabled on the browser. Lastly, the error may also occur if the Pandora website is down or undergoing maintenance.

1. Restart the Pandora app

  1. Open the Pandora app on your device.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner.
  3. Select "Settings."
  4. Tap on "General."
  5. Tap on "Restart."
  6. Tap on "Yes."

2. Check your internet connection

  1. In order to check your internet connection, open the browser and type in "www.speedtest.net".
  2. Once the page loads, click on the "test" button.
  3. Wait for the page to finish loading and then click on the "result" button.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the "Connection" section.
  5. If the "Connection" section says that your connection is "Good", then you are good to go. If the "Connection" section says that your connection is "Not Good", then you will need to fix your internet connection.

3. Try again later

  1. Go to the Pandora App on your device.
  2. Tap on the Menu button and then on Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Try Again Later and tap on it.
  4. On the Try Again Later screen, you will need to select a time for the next attempt.
  5. Tap on the Next button to continue.
  6. On the next screen, you will need to enter your Pandora account information.
  7. Tap on the Login button to continue.
  8. Enter your password and tap on the Log In button.
  9. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Pandora screen.
  10. Tap on the Account button and then on the Settings button.
  11. On the Settings screen, you will need to scroll down to the Try Again Later section and tap on it.
  12. On the Try Again Later screen, you will need to select a time for the next attempt.
  13. Tap on the Next button to continue.
  14. On the next screen, you will need to enter your Pandora account information.
  15. Tap on the Login button to continue.
  16. Enter your password and tap on the Log In button.
  17. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Pandora screen.
  18. Tap on the Account button and then on the Settings button.
  19. On the Settings screen, you will need to scroll down to the Try Again Later section and tap on it.
  20. On the Try Again Later screen, you will need to select a time for the next attempt.
  21. Tap on the Next button to continue.
  22. On the next screen, you will be asked to choose a music genre.
  23. Tap on the Music Genres button and then on the genre of music that you are trying to listen to.
  24. Tap on the Play button to start listening to the music.
  25. If you are having difficulties with the music, you can tap on the Back button to try another music genre or on the Menu button and then on the Settings button to try different settings.

4. Clear the app's cache

  1. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Select "General."
  4. Select "Application Manager."
  5. Select "Pandora."
  6. Tap on "Clear Cache."

5. Uninstall and reinstall the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. On the main screen, tap the three lines in the top left corner.
  3. On the "Settings" screen, tap "Uninstall."
  4. Tap "Uninstall again" to confirm.
  5. Tap "Install" to reinstall the app.
  6. Tap "Done" to finish reinstallation.

6. Contact Pandora customer support

The first step is to open Pandora and sign in. Next, click on the “Help” tab. Then, click on the “Contact Us” link. Enter your Pandora account email address and password and click on the “Submit” button. On the next page, enter your Pandora account problem details and click on the “Submit” button. A Pandora support representative will contact you to help resolve your issue.
