1. Update to the latest version of iOS

  14. When the device powers on, release the Volume Down button and the Home button.
  15. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Home button at the same time until the device powers off.
  16. When the device powers on, release the Volume Up button and the Home button.
  17. Press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears.
  18. Release the Power button.
  19. Enter your Apple ID and password.
  20. Tap on Settings.
  21. Tap on General.
  22. Tap on Reset.
  23. Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
  24. Confirm by tapping on Erase.
  25. Enter your Apple ID and password.
  26. Tap on Restore.
  27. Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
