The ws-37368-7 error code is a PlayStation Network error code that indicates that the user's account has been suspended. 1. Restart your PS4 system

  1. Turn off your PS4 system by pressing the power button.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from your PS4 system.
  3. Wait at least fifteen seconds, then reconnect the power cable.
  4. Turn on your PS4 system by pressing the power button.
  5. When the PS4 system starts up, select "System Settings" from the main menu.
  6. Select "System Update" from the "System Settings" menu.
  7. Select "Check For Updates."

  1. Select [Custom].
  2. Set the [IP Address Settings] to [Automatic].
  3. Set the [DNS Settings] to [Manual] and enter the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS.
  4. Set the [MTU Settings] to [Automatic].
  5. Set the [Proxy Server] to [Do Not Use].
  6. Select [Next] and then [Test Internet Connection] to check your network settings.
