1. Try reloading the page

  1. Click on the Reload Page button located in the upper right corner of the main content area.
  2. Enter your yospace login information and click on the Log In button.
  3. If you are logged in, the Reload Page button will change to a Refresh button. Click on the Refresh button.

2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies

  1. From your browser's toolbar, select "Tools" and then "Internet Options."
  2. Click the "Advanced" tab and then under the "TCP/IP" header, click "Clear browsing data."
  3. Click "OK" to confirm and close the "Internet Options" window.
  4. Click the "History" tab and then select the "Clear History" button.
  5. Click "Apply" to confirm and close the "History" tab.
  6. Click the "Cookie" tab and then select the "Clear Cookies" button.

3. Disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might be interfering

  1. In the Windows Start menu, type "chrome.exe" and click the "Chrome" shortcut.
  2. In the "Chrome" window, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the window.
  3. In the "Extensions" tab, look for any browser extensions or add-ons that are installed and decide whether to disable or remove them.
  4. Click on the "Settings" button in the top right corner of the "Extensions" tab.
  5. In the "Settings" window, click on the "Advanced" tab.
  6. In the "Advanced" tab, click on the "Reset" button.
  7. In the "Reset" window, click on the "Delete personal settings" button.
  8. Click on the "Close" button in the "Reset" window.
  9. Restart your computer.
  10. Try to open yospace again.
