How do I fix the Fire Emblem Heroes error code 803?

Fire Emblem Heroes Error Code 803 is an error that can occur when trying to start up the game. This error is caused by an issue with the game's server, and can be fixed by restarting the game or the device.

1. Update your game to the latest version

  1. Open the game and sign in.
  2. On the main menu, select "Settings"
  3. On the "Settings" screen, select "System"
  4. On the "System" screen, select "Updates"
  5. On the "Updates" screen, select "Update"
  6. The game will now update and you'll be prompted to restart it. Do so.
  7. Once the game has restarted, sign in again and you'll be prompted to select your language. Do so.
  8. On the main menu, select "Heroes"
  9. On the "Heroes" screen, select "My Profile"
  10. On the "My Profile" screen, select "Overview"
  11. On the "Overview" screen, select "Status"
  12. On the "Status" screen, you'll see a message saying "Fire Emblem Heroes has been updated to the latest version. Please restart your game to update."
  13. Press the "Restart Game" button.
  14. Once the game has restarted, you'll be prompted to select your language again. Do so.
  15. On the main menu, select "Heroes"
  16. On the "Heroes" screen, select "Downloads"
  17. On the "Downloads" screen, select "Fire Emblem Heroes"
  18. On the "Fire Emblem Heroes" screen, select "Update"
  19. The game will now update and you'll be prompted to select your language. Do so.
  20. Once the game has updated, you'll be taken to the "After Update" screen. Here, you can select your preferred difficulty and save your game.

2. Delete your game data and reinstall the game

If you are experiencing an error code 803 while playing Fire Emblem Heroes, there are several steps that you can take in order to resolve the issue. First, you will need to delete all of your game data from your device. This includes anything that is related to the game, such as progress, heroes, and data files.
