  1. Check the printer if it is turned on and connected to the computer, then try to print. If it fails, proceed below.
  2. Install the printer driver on your computer.
  3. Remove paper jam if any and close all trays properly.
  4. Make sure it has ink.
  5. If your using WiFi printer, turn on the WiFi of the printer and the modem router.

2. Run Internet Explorer as Administrator
