How do I fix a Samsung Smart TV 102 error?

The samsung smart tv 102 error code means that there is a problem with the television's internet connection. This can be caused by a variety of things, including a weak or unstable connection, interference from other devices, or a problem with the router or modem. Sometimes restarting the television or resetting the router can fix the problem, but if the error persists, it may be necessary to contact Samsung customer service for assistance.

1. Restart the TV

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV.
  2. Hold down the menu button on the TV and press the power button at the same time.
  3. When the TV powers on, release the menu button and press the power button again to turn it off.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to the TV and press the power button to turn it on.

  7. On the “How to Troubleshoot and Fix Issues” section, find the “Contact Us” tab and click on it.
  8. On the “Contact Us” tab, find the “Support” section and click on it.
  9. On the “Support” section, find the “Phone” tab and click on it.
  10. On the “Phone” tab, find the “US” phone number and click on it.
  11. On the “US” phone number, enter your Samsung smart tv’s model number and the issue you are experiencing.
  12. After you have entered the required information, press the “Call” button.
  13. After you have contacted Samsung customer support, wait for a representative to answer your phone call.
